今天其实过了一个很充实也很奢侈的上午. 心情本来还蛮开心的又尝试了一件重来都没试过的事..spa。但，回到家后，好心情很快的又被破坏了。。。。。。很无奈，并没有感到伤心，已经没什么感觉了。。。只是很无奈，很累。。。感觉很懒，不想心情和情绪有波动，但真的很无奈............

Finally see a firefly - Lampyridae

Still remember a post i posted years ago regarding ever see a firefly http://sensesmindthought.blogspot.com/2009/06/ever-see-firefly.html?I had always wanted to see one. In Malaysia, there are four major groups of fireflies, the Pteroptyx, Luciola, Colophotia and Lychnuris. This year, i'm lucky enough to finally see one on my way down fr Mount Kinabalu through Timpohon, just one, however due to the extremely exhausted condition of mine during that time, i only had a glance through it and never really have mood to enjoy the one and only firefly that fly through my face for the first time in my life......really regretted after that as i only have one thought at that moment, to get out of the Timpohon trail and reach civilisation ASAP.... sigh. But tonight i finally got to see a whole bunch...or should i say a few colonies by the river side in their nature habitat......i did it!!! ^_^ I enjoy watching them blinking by the dark river side in their nature habitat and light up the whole tree as if it is a decorated Christmas tree light up with blinking LED....Currently the happiness in me is indescribable by word. So as to say : YAY...i make it!!!

Hope that the whole area will be conservation site to preserve and protect this rare and unique type of live form by mother nature from extinction ..... sure hope to visit the site again, the whole stretch of river side of Sungai Kerian, worth visiting...............

Pet Society recycle point

After playing PS for about 3 months, i only come to realized bout the precious item which can be found only in the recycle box. Each time u recycle an item, recycle point will be gain. The pay out can be claim once the recycle point reach 10,000, 20,000 or 30,000. Off course those item can also be recycle back to earn another recycle point or can be turn into gold coin. For those bought item, normally the recycle point will be 2x of the item purchase price, example, epal cost 5 gold coins, when recycle, u'll get 10 recycle point. There are few interesting item such as telescope, wall fountain and cuckoo clock which will be found in the 30,000 recycle box. Offcourse by just recycling all the unwanted old stuff or those fish/item fr the pond u'll never get those item in time, plus it'll take like ages in order to get 10,000. The fastest way to gain recycle point is by recycling ur flowers and vegetables, i managed to get every recycle item in just one month time. It sound very expensive to recycle the vege as it normally will give around 300++ gold coins if sold for the large vege especially large beetroot, but the point gain from recycling large vege is normally more than 1400 recycle point. Here are some of recycle point that you'll get:

Home grown fruits 392
small vege 728
above average vege 1208
large vege 1448

Offcourse, u'll need atleast 3-4 days for a vege to grow into large size, plus not everytime the vege u plant turn out to be ok, so recycling flower will help u to gain more recycle point in shotter time, offcourse more expensive as it will cost 200 gold coint per flower seed. However it only takes 24 hours to grow into flower which when recycle, it will give atleast 1200 recycle point. Here are some example:

If you recycle those item you get from recycle box, it'll give back only half the original recycle point, example: item from 30,000 recycle box if recycle back will only give 15,000 recycle point.

Been away fr from my blog for more than a month, quite busy recently, busy building nice pretty house for my pet Boo Boo in FB pet society hehehe.......

Many friends told me regarding this PS in FB but never thought of to start playing it, as i know i'll definitely get addicted to it....sigh...as predicted, i accidentally log into PS n wala..... i'm totally addicted to it now... Should try, i think should introduce to young children so that they'll understand the nature truth of life: need to work hard in earning money for what ever u need!!

A very dissapointed move by again our so-called cabinet, never learn fr experience, treat students and education policy like playing 'masak-masak' simply changing here n there, never take in account the implication on our future generation.... I'm a science student, i was taught by using BM back in the 80's n 90's during my primary n secondary school day, i know how hard is gonna be once reach the university level especially when involve in scientific research during post-grad level, u need to b ready to 'consume' n dig every resources available to aid in ur research n study, and mind you, all useful resource are in English!! i'd had some hard time to convert everything i learned in BM into english especially when it comes to writing and researching journals. Believe me, i'v gone through it, so, good luck to all the future students to be taught in BM again....

A 'fruitful' day, a Balik Pulau durian trip

Never been to Balik Pulau even i'm originated fr Penang and never leave penang, hahaha, paiseh, many mush hav said that i'm so 'sua pa kau' (monkey fr the forest a.k.a katak bawah tempurung). So finally today i got the chance to visit Balik Pulau and enjoy the famous Balik Pulau durian, king of the fruits. Never knew that there r so many species of durian as normally just eat, eat and eat, so today, learn something new.

Malaysian BTC utilizing public facilities

The feeling of 'geram' is definitely not a good feeling at all, it burns u fr inside but still u can't help and ur body will shake and shiver. Why am i telling bout this feeling? Coz i'm very geram right now like i want to eat someone that piss me off alive!!!! Why is that so? Coz i just been threw out fr the pool due to a bunch of BTC occupying the pool n causes me to drink the pool water n choke!! How is that so? while i was swimming, suddenly a bunch of youngster jump into the pool with their t-shirt n short pants and start to play. Fine, i can live with it if they didn't wear proper swimwear at least they shower. Then they started to shout while playing a ball like no one's there, still fine as i hav an ear plug. Not long after that another fr the gang suddenly jump into the pool infront of me regardless that i'm in the middle of swimming straight line, the splash of the jump causes a big wave n in order to avoid being kick by the moron, i choke!!!

Is a pity thing that most Malaysian, do not hav the sense of public sharing. They usually use the public facilities like their grandfathers assets. Throwing rubbish wherever they like, spitting, smoking, do not flush in public toilet, name whatever dirty act, u'll find it in Malaysia but never ever think of others... is it the failure of the education system or the deteriorate of human common sense of manner?? If to blame it to education, there r more n more subjects that hav been taught in school other than moral, they now hav civic, so what is wrong actually?

Fr my beginning of anger, now i feel pathetic, pity towards the younger generation. If one doesn't bring oneself properly, no one will blame except to blame that 'bor kar si'(normally refer to parent didn't teach the youngs). So at the end, parent will hav to bare the shame!!

B-liv Off With Those Heads!!!

I had always hav problem with white heads and black heads on my face particularly at the T zone. Went almost every week to saloon for facial wash however, the results still the same. Worst is, going through with all the painful sqeezing extraction and redness on face after that make no changes to my condition. My beautycian even consulted me for not to go for swimming as chlorine fr the pool is also one of the factors that will trigger the sebum to secrete more oil which leads to the formation of white n black heads. Can u imagine?? No swimming??? Hav to alter my daily schedule due to those small tiny ugly particles on my face??? NO WAY!! Afterall, i am really very unwilling to sacrifice my daily swimming routine that will help to slim me down (i gained lots of weight for the past few months, sigh....) just because of the white and black heads thingy on my face that already been persisted for more than a decades. So i decided google for a solution to take a halt on it rather than give up my healthy lifestyle and going through those painful extraction again and again.....sigh...... Research fr the net shows that many positive review towards Cellnique Pro Serum Gel for my problem, so i decided to give it a try. Finally bought it fr Queensbaymall's Sasa for RM139, the smaller bottle (30mL) as i'm a bit worry that it might not get along with my skin, so better to start off with a small one for trial. The product name had changed to B-liv Off With Those Heads as being told by the Sasa gal n I reconfirm fr the net. Nvm, so i bought it and started to use it twice daily, morning n night after cleaning with facial wash.For the first few days, my face get even more oily as i've been told that this will happen. But i continue using it. The immediate result can be seen after i'd used it for only 5 days. Those visible black heads on my T zone r gone!! And i even try with my Biore black pore pack, for the first time ever, there r only tiny bit of white n black heads been pull out fr the pore pack!! Wow!!! I never thought that it is so effective!!

By today, I had continuosly using it for one and a half months (since 2nd May), the result?? Perfect, i like it so much. My face has never been so smooth to touch, it looks shinier, n i had stop going to saloon for facial wash since the first day i started to use it. Now, even if i put up for foundation, there r no more rough n budgy area to be seen. I love the effect so much and i'm so happy bout it, will keep on using it. My face has never been better than now after so many years and i'm still going for swimming everyday ^_^

A traditional custome day in 'a' school in Penang

This was told by one of my friend. Students in a Greenland area girls' school was told that a certain day within that week had been fixed as a 'traditional custome day' and as for that, they're encourage to wear their own traditional custome to school on that day, however saree and kebaya r not allow as the reason given by the teacher is: saree is too sexy as the waist will be expose; kebaya is body fit, will expose body shape, too sexy.......However cheongsam is allowed only if the tigh area r not cut up too high......
WTH??!! Aren't those three above not traditional custome??
Results on that very day: only baju kurung is the only most 'suitable' traditional custome to wear by students.....
So you see, when educators with pea size brain and use it to think with the bawah tempurung mind, plus without having proper knowlegde and respect for others tradition regarding our own country multicultural background, how is it possible for our country to build into a unity multiracial community???

How is a firefly looks like actually?? Ermmm.... no idea ler..

Ok, that was the conversation took place within myself few days ago when i wake up in the morning. It strikes me suddenly n yeah right, I've totally no idea what that bug really looks like even i took one ento paper during my uni time..and it's weird that i suddenly reminded myself about this fact that i had actually never see a firefly and was totally blank about how it looks like... Heard fr friends that how they caught n played with fireflies back in those day when they were still small and live in village, pity me, grow up all the time in city, never ever get a chance to take a glimpse on how a firefly really is, sigh.......

So, in order to clear my doubt, i decided to google it.

Top scorer = obtaining scholarships????

Top scorer cry for not getting scholarships...... just one simple question, do all these top scorers really need those scholarship in order to continue to pursue for their study due to the family is unaffordable? or is it just simply bcoz of 'i'm a top scorer, i'm entitled to obtain a scholarship' thingy? Yes it is unfair that certain quaters obtained scholarship even with a poor results, but thinking back on those that 'qualify', do u really need it? without the scholarship r u really unable to continue ur study and have to find a job and start working ur ass to support your family? or is it just that by getting the scholarship will help mum n dad to save more money for their further investment??? As to my understanding, scholarship is to aid those poor brilliant top student in furthering their study, seems to me like nowadays, scholarships has lost its original meaning.
On the other hand, there r more and more top scorers being produced by our education system year by year fr PMR, SPM and STPM.. more and more straight A's student every year produced fr all these local examinations... all with tonnes of A's, but is all the A's really is an A?? Malaysia seems to hav so many brilliant mind as by only looking at the top scorer percentage in every year examination results, wow!! we should be leading internaltionally in all field by now. However, how come we are still far lagging behind of so many countries that their students r not so brilliant in compare to ours? For instance, Singapore. One answer lowering of the passing marks, lowering of the grades in the education system help creates tonnes of A's scorer, but do these A scorers really deserve to obtain an A? Don't ask me, ask the education ministry and those that r marking for the examination department.
I was born in the 70's, by the time when i reached form 2, i'm able to operate a microscope well, i'm no genius, i'm just an average student during my secondary schooling time, just that, it is in the syllabus of our science subject, we'v been trained well when we r in form 1. Now, in year 2009, students with an A in SPM biology are unable to operate a simpe light microscope.........So u tell me, what is wrong with our education system nowadays??? Still argueing for not getting a scholarship? i'll be worry more bout what hav i learned in school........

I was thinking for quit some time as i'm really free these few months, 'chiak par bor su zuo', is it that me, the one with too much of those grumpy thoughts, too grumpy and naggy bout everything? or is it the problem of the happening around me? haiz.... Am i too depress?? too paranoia or is it that our society is really very very 'boo lor eong'? society mainly people walking the corridor of power n sterring the wheel n making decision in this country? from a small department, division in school, university, company, factory even to states n country, the situation is the same, putting people that r not suitable, unfit into a particular position to do a particular job....
There i go, nagging again, actually i try avoiding those stupid news in the news paper n TV n the reallity fr all sorts of media, but still, i can't hold myself fr wanting to know what's happening, there u see, the curiosity kills the cat (Me)..... everyday, there r news telling us how stupid certain action been taken by certain authority, is really very frustrated as there is only one simply solution, put those really qualify n fit to the job, then, it's done.... what's so difficult about??? But hor..... this is the most difficult part n the most 'special n truly unique' of Malaysian style, always those unfit will get to fill in the job, starting fr the lowest ranking job in any department private to goverment sector.... the most obvious, today, our foreign minister 'great performance' live fr US... does this guy really know bout public relation? our health ministry...another unexplainable dumb action regarding the H1N1 first carrier... how he looks likes? what's his name? till now is more than 48 hours, and still not even a media know bout how the guy looks like? so how r we gonna trace people that hav in contact with the patient zero in Malaysia? how'd we know that if we'd talk with him b4 as a stranger n brush shoulder with him on the road??? They should hav watch more 24.....
ok frustrated n pathetic.... enough for today...... emotion cause my gastric to produce more gastric juice, is time for 'brunch' .....................................

Hari ini dalam sejarah...

Today is the 40th aniversary of May 13 which happend way back in year 1969, a black history in Malaysia. Offcourse i'm not old enough to hav experienced it but to my understanding n memory, 513 is a very very sensitive n serious number even just to mention it during my childhood time by my grandma, my mum and my aunt. They are the survivors fr that incident. But to them when talking about 513, i can always remember how cautious and a bit 'kan zheong'. Story told by them was always in whispering form.... hmmmm... it really keep me feel very doubtful and curious until i finally study sejarah during my form 3.
As my grandma had passed away for so many years, story told by her to me i think is good to keep on passing down regarding this mysterious day 513 back 40 years ago..........
Back in those day (offcourse i'm not born yet) our whole family was staying in flats, as ours is at 1st floor and directly facing the staircage, on that day a mob of Malay youngsters storm up our flats and our house become the easy target. As chinese house normally hav 'thee kong' infront of the main door, when they see it, they knock the door like crazy as they're going to tear down the grille door any moment. To grandma, she thought that was the end, but luckily, our next door Malays neighbours came out, and their whole family came out to defend our house fr the mob too, after hearing the sons of our neighbour (abour mid 30's by then) argue with the mob, they finally left the whole flat..... and that's the story on how my grandma and children survived that very day incident, thx to our next door Malay neighbour, Tok Chik and her children.
Really miss that harmony type of lifestyle back in those day, our next door neighbour Tok Chik, pak chiak, kakak all r very friendly and helpful, i can still remember how kakak tought me to throw my first batu 7, playing the congkak.......i still remember when my grandma passed away, tokchik even insist on coming to pay respect to her 30 years long neigbour even she was already 90 something in age and sitting in a wheel chair regardless the chanting n joystick that r buring during the chinese ceremony.... pity is when she passed away few years later after my grandma, we were unable to pay her last respect as we r not allow to enter into the mosque....
I'll miss those day, those r the true Malaysian spirit.............

Marley versus Malaysian Dogs

Just watched 'Marley & Me' yesterday, a very touching movie & i cried till the end. Why so? The story is about a columnist, Grogan and his family's life during the thirteen years that they lived with their dog Marley, and the relationships and lessons from this period. Marley, a yellow Labrador Retriever, is described as a highly strung, boisterous, and somewhat uncontrolled dog. He is strong, powerful, endlessly hungry, eager to be active, and often destructive of his owner's property (but completely without malice). Marley routinely fails to "get the idea" of what humans expect of him; at one point, mental illness is suggested as a plausible explanation for his behavior. However, his acts and behaviors are forgiven,and being accepted by the family of his owner and love by them so much.

Ironically, today when reading the MalaysianToday, the first article came in view is the one entitled ''Banished’ dogs dying of hunger and thirst~ The Pulau Ketam strays dog'....hmmmm, what a coincident. Comparing to Marley in the movie, Malaysian dogs really are in inferno, lot worse than hell especially those in the Pulau Ketam. Of course, this is being exposed as now everyone are talking bout it. After watching the movie n reading the news, i need to really clear my head off as i keep thinking is it really possible for a person to really love the world worst dog unconditionally like what Grogon and family did to Marley? I believe yes.

I love dogs, but i woundn't want to hav one as i'm not confident that i'll be able to really take good care of them and give them enough love as they need, it is really a huge responsibility and commitment. It is weird as we tends to treat animal as animal, particularly Asians. Even many loves dogs, to them, a dog is still a dog, the consep of treating our own pet as part of the family has never been impose into our mind..... Many may have dogs, they might carry it in and out by holding it tightly or carry it in a pretty bags or cages, but is there actually any feelings or bonding between the owner and pet relationship? Do they really love or care for the pet? or it is just like Paris Hilton, dogs r only an ornaments to her fashion?? Recently from my surrounding, many treat having dogs as a trendy life style and with the amount of money they spend on getting some 'pure breed' branded dogs, it also show off their financial status. Sadly most of these people, when they get bored with their money bought pet, they will just simply dispose of the dogs which will ended topping up the Malaysia stray dogs population..... sad...sad...sad....

When needed, they r man's best friend; when not....see what happened around, strays r not hard to spot for in Malaysia, i just bumped into 3 early this morning looking for food in our apartment rubbish disposal area, must be fr the quarry nearby, they r being left to guard the quarry, a whole bunch of them, but food? chiak ka kee.....haiz (Photo grabbed fr Wikipedia)

140 Balloon during Earth Hour?? WTH??

Heard that the earth hour organiser in Penang is going to release a total of 140 balloons into the sky during the launching of the Earth Hour, WTH?? Do these people know bout the real issue here? 140 balloons, my goodness!! don't they know how much of polution is that move gonna make to the environment? Do we really need to do all more polution in order to gain publicity and to attract awareness?? Ok mayb the earth hour is for global warming, but how bout the other environmental issues? animal extinction? can u imagine that, 140 balloons alone in Penang and as far as i know not just Penang alone, other places will b doing the same thing as well. Where are all these so-called biodegradable balloons gonna end up by the end? even is gonna fly into the air, but sure it will fall back on Earth again and increase man made rubbish to the Earth. And what if some of this balloons that look like a jellyfish fall into the sea and ocean after inflated? sure it'll look like yummy food to 'choke' and killed the endangered turtles and whales, is not like it never happen b4 duh....Biodegradable?? my foot!! it'll at least take a few weeks (fastest) to few years to degrade, can u be sure that during that period of time, it wouldn't be eaten by those aquatic animals?? Pity them.
To the organiser, the Earth Hour is actually very meaningful and infact i'm so proud n happy to participate, not just light, i'll even switch off other electricals and restrain myself fr using PC and TV (it's my life, feel like dying without this 2), however, pls do things right!!! switching off our light for 60 mins is not enough to compensate for consequences of releasing 140 balloons to the environment.......!!!

Just read through Tun Dr Mahathir's blog regarding his stand n view on the PPSMI. Can say that i was quite impressed by what written there and really hav to agree with him, however i hav a question to ask him, why don't he think so when he was the education minister back in the 80's? why don't he hav this kind of idea and thought back in the 80's when he decided to change everything into BM in the first place? Isn't it already too late for him to start talking all this as he's the one that started everything in the first place? I'm one of his product fr his 80's admistration by learning everything in BM back in school. See what i'v becoming of... English? nah...able to speak but lots of grammatical errors, need to hold tight to a dictionary for all time vocab when trying to read through Twilight and so on... (most of the time give up b4 finishing half the book); BM? wow....unable to follow...keep on changing the tatabahasa fr time to time...use in broken style or the so-called bahasa pasar when going to post office, JPJ or with my indonesian plumber... sometimes i wonder if they can understand me... sigh....
So as u can see, i'm neither good in English nor BM thx to our 1980's education policy which was extended to the end of 1990's until it was replaced by PPSMI. Looking at recent news, seems like Malaysian federal government are so busy doing lots of thing, While other countries r trying to struggle to survive for the economic downturn, our Malaysian government lead by the UMNO were busy sabotajing the opposition MB, cases by cases, one by one since they lost greatly in the 308 political tsunami. Bringing up all those irrelavant issues such as ISA for irreasonable reason, buying junk fr Pakatan Rakyat (The Perak Froggies), sabotajing the opposition........ None seems to contribute to nation building and make the nation strong except for them to keep cliging in powers in whatever low class tactics..... Is really sad to hear, to see and to read all these junk in the news everyday..... and somehow they still think that they r somewhat very intelligent and superior of what they r doing, WTF??!!
Since the government are so busy rather than driving the country through the economic storm, instead only concentrate on grabbing junk fr Pakatan Rakyat and creating more and more chaos, i was wondering, can we the Malaysian really survive this time? or r we gonna fark up big this time? Even US the nation with biggest and strongest economy is also on the worrying mood to overcome this crisis, what do we Malaysian hav other than sabotajing the political opposition?? It really makes me worry..................

I screwed my day, Am i superstitious?? mayb sometimes, or should i say, most of the time since the first day of this year CNY. Not a really prosperous year a head if i to believe the chinese horoscope, it should b a bumpy year ahead waiting, what a shit!!! and i really started to feel it, is it psycological problem?? hope so.
Feel very very tired everyday as like don't want to do a thing, is this too a depression symptom? it has been for several months, all the bad news arriving one by one...... confident? nah, totally lack of, chances of career furthering?? sigh...status unknown; relationship, not so good. i started to wonder what am i capable of?? to destroy relationship particularly?? Coz i was kind of like very good in doing it, far fr friends, neighbours and close to family members, i started to feel like mayb i should b living alone in a deserted island, that will the best. No need to care for others feeling as i always by mean or not by mean hurt someone..... is very tiring as to always hav to becareful to look out not to hurt others which is opposite that i always good at it... Should i start with a new environment?? is gonna b another run away, even if i did run away fr the current situation and start a new one, i'll still screw things up in no time.
Is this the bottom limit of my fuck up life? I'm not sure, further to drop? hope no, desperately hope no. I'm so easy to b affected by others particularly my emotion. I'm clear that nothing is perfect however when things went wrong, i'll still feel so depress even i feel that i'v already prepare for the coming psycologically and well aware of the consequences, my emotion still affected deeply. How am i to drag myself to a high state of strong mentalily? i know i'm not a strong minded person, i desperately wanted to become one but how?? no idea.. keep anaylysing myself everyday? after so many years still the same, no improvement at all.. nadah
Seems like things i do usually wrong n without common sense, i'm sort of a werdous i guess....

Has been 2 days since they robbed the silver state, don't feel like want to comment, what can we all do? Is very sad and heart aching. But day by days, can't hold it anymore, they r really too much.... try not to surf for news, try not to read or hear fr the TV but still, i felt that i love this country and there r still some conscience in me keep telling me that is the country i was obrned since the very first day i become a human being in this very life, how can i give up on showing care to her??? Everyone is frustrated with the incident particularly today, again the notorious FRU, WTH? bullying the small, old and women as well?? Do they really need to b treated with tear gas like a terrorist? What the hell is happening in Malaysia? all the hypocrites.

I think the most frustrated is, why the hell that the DYMM had this kind of decision? I was so dissappointed but not hard to understand. Dissolving the DUN or not actually bring no effect to His Royal Highness, he is still in power over the silver state, high above in his trone, PR or BN, doesn't matter.....DYMM of silver state was one of those ruler that i respected, most reasonable, rational and reputed royal among all the royal families in Malaysia but after this incident....... hmmmmm....

Who to blame?? our elder generation that grant them the previous 51 years for the wing to grow strong till this day? or the 4 frogs that sold out their soul to the devil?? Mayb.... but for sure i'll remember their faces. Curse them?? I think many already been doing so since the very first day. The most disgraceful is the ex-DAP lady, can't believe an OKU after been through all those experiences in life still turned out to b a traitor to the Chinese race and sold herself to the devil. Hee Yit Foong, haven't u hav enough of those bad karma fr ur previous life?

Been months never even watch our local tv channel, however yesterday RMVB was out of stock, unable to sleep so accidentally 'bump' into a talk show, never really bother which station, but i guess most probably TV7 coz TV3 talk show host definitely will not hav the gut n spirit to really host a topic in a way that i saw in the lady host, start to feel like our local tv station will hav a slight hope....
The topic was regarding English as medium language to teach Science & Maths. Been ages never really get to view such a standard talk show in our local channel, but i guess is not bad, they even went out to the street to collect views fr the publics, but not just one, at least 10 public opinions were shown, the target group which included all level of public fr various ethnic group, as for scientific research, this kind of sampling is consider unbias, a standard one. Guess what? they all supported the teaching of both science and maths in English to be continue, i guess i'm too one of them.
However when the show invited a special guest, a Prof Emeritus fr a local u, i started to feel like...duh......?? is this the level of our leading academic?? i think one of those aunty n uncles fr the street will even hav a stronger stand n clearer point to support his or her own stand in compare with a so-called high ranking academic in voicing out ones opinion n point of view... ok, the main thing that i wanted to blog is not this, but there is a point fr the so-called Prof Emeritus that support his stand on not to use English to teach in Science n maths. 'Student will not learn well if the language they use in the teaching process is not familiar by them, teaching in BM for the maths and science is a must to ensure that student learn'.
Wow...this is the point of view fr a high ranking academic!!! HELLO!!! what about young children fr Chinese, Indian and other ethnic family background that just enter school?? do they too familiar in BM at the beginning?? Do u think that these young children will too speak BM at home?? duh...... they too r not familiar with BM but how come they r able to do well in a later stage? Language is to be learn, the earlier the better, usage in maths and Science will definitely help them to utilise the language they learn, i don't think that this is the problem of familiar or not with a language. No matter what language u use to learn, the most important is the learining and teaching attitude in both the teacher that is teaching and the students that r learning. Even if we manage to change back to BM, but if those teachers attitude still the same 'tak apa' style, 'buat kerja sendiri'.... 'ulangkaji sendiri'.... coming to school is just a job without any passion to teach (and some don't even show up in the class for the whole semester), i bet our younger generation will still not b able to learn a thing....... how pathetic is our education system nowadays.... so, those so-called academics, open up ur eyes and help safe our younger generations of Malaysian, stop bludering with some non issue's issue.....

Been experiencing for the extremely slow motion internet connection since 3 weeks ago. Not gonna call 100 since been calling for so many times. Know what, when call up CS, they'll definitely will ask u to check ur speed with speedometer, take 3 readings to b accurate, then inform them. after that only they'll consider whether to launch the report for u. If u haven't take the speed of ur internet, they ask u to check with any speedometer but the best is their own streamyx speedometer. When u arrive at the speedometer web of the stupid streamyx, the speedometer is out of service n unavailable all the time, what u got in that page if u click start? it'll appear 'try to serve again later, the server is busy/unavailable' WTH??!! Ok nvm there r still plenty of speedometer out there right? NOPE u r wrong! the rest of the speedometer is not suitable for our dear streamyx coz it is not accurate n they can't do a thing with the result u provided using other speedometer........IS NOT ACCURATE!!!!!! this is the answer i get fr the CS operator..................

Streamyx is already notorious for their terribly poor service, is an old long story. Simply google with the word 'streamyx', u can find thousands of page complaining bout the same thing....SLOWWWWW. Why am i blogging bout this again? coz i really 'baer tahan' & need some place to let go of my 'geramness'

Can i sue Streamyx for cheating my money ?? I didn't get the service i paid for?? Instead i get lousy connection. I've been cheated!!!! I'm so pissed off by receiving the monthly bill today, WTH, i paid RM126.30 per month in order to get 2Mbps broadband connection but in reality, my internet speed is less than 256Kbps...WTH????!!!!!
Can i go to pengguna??? I've been cheated...........I think most Malaysian broadband user too share the same feeling as i am, that is, been cheated by streamyx.......Why not change another service provider? Yeah right.. this is Malaysia, other than streamyx, still streamyx, DAMN!!!!

Been watching all those superheroes since i was a small kid, the cartoon that i like most will definitely b thundercats and marvels superheroes league which included all the DC comic charectors. Recently been to a forum n interestingly there is a forumer using Batman as nickname. I know using superheroes nick is nothing special bout however this guy (i assume is a guy..don't ask why, just instinct, mayb watched to much criminal mind hahaha) other then hiding behind the batman mask nothing is to compare to my superheroes, instead fr the way of the writing n the thought, using the nick is an insult to my superheroes Batman. Batman is not like the other Marvel superheroes, he's the only one without superpower, that is what makes him braver than the other superheroes. Mayb i'm a bit 'kae por chee' but hey... Batman is my superheroes since i was very small, then someone so 'kia si, kia su, kia zheng hu' try to impose to become my superheroes of all time i offcourse will 'beh syiok' a bit mah...

I was always feel so lucky to be a Malaysian. Why? As Malaysian will be able to speak atleast 3 different languages, off course for me, a Chinese ed student, i can understand atleast 5 different languages, but if dialect is not counted as different languages, then i still can proudly admit that i'm able to understand and speak 3 languages: Mandarin, English & BM. So was my thought for the rest of my fellow Malaysian.
However, recent development in the country regarding the multilingual issue, particularly the multilingual road sign in Penang clearly prove that my previous thought regarding other fellow Malaysian is wrong, they r not happy bout knowing more languages, particularly if u know they don't know.....WTH is wrong with adding more languages to made it more convenient to attract more tourist to the state? Not that the Pg state government is gonna tear down the BM road sign n replace it with other languages, just add in, BM road sign will still be there and at the top of the post... so what is the fuss n hoo haa bout? This, really hav to thank our Pg CM and the new state government for the effort. Oh and to those gerakan member, particularly Dr Thor Teong Ghee, pls don't try to claim the credit as clearly this kind of thing never happened when Pg is under gerakan for 18 years.... so lay off!!! We Penangites see clearly what has been done by them and by u guys....
And for those that feel unfair for job requirement that stated 'those able to speak Mandarin will hav an advantage', pls lar, before fussing around, save ur energy n time n go learn one extra language.... if u don't hav the skill, go master it, so WTH is wrong if employers are giving those people advantage for job? When u put in ur effort to learn extra thing, u too will hav the advantages. Asking people not to ask for something just because u don't know and don't have it is the 'ostrich' way of life. Having this kind of mentality is not going to survive in this globalisation world. Sadly, this kind of mentality is infesting in Malaysia.

Hotlink advertisement sms........ANNOYING!!!!

Has been 8 years since i first subsribed to hotlink 012, so do my family members. Since then, been using the same number all the time. Firstly, i don't like to change, or should say that i'm lazy to change admit it, coz u'll hav to inform everyone bout the new number, i'm not such a hardworking person and in the same time i don't want lose contact with my friends. A for some really like to change hp no so frequently, so they'll still be able to catch up with me even if i've lost tract in 'their hp number changing process' we'll still b able to keep in touch.
Recently, there's been a lot of advertisement sent by hotlink via sms, normally i'll tend to ignore it by just delete it , no biggy, as long as no charge involve, just press n delete......
But recently i'm starting to feel a bit annoying. Why??? Due to Raya & Deepavali celebration, there r so many promotion being offered by hotlink, as for this, the numbers of sms being received fr hotlink also increased at the same time..... n the sms received is so frequent...... in the middle of the of working hours, meeting n even during resting time (bathroom, having meal playing games!!!!)
However yesterday is the limit, i'm really pissed off by the hotlink sms! I received almost one sms within 2 hours time n u know what time is it?? it send the sms in the middle of 4AM, WTH!!!! And i'm not the only one in the house with 012 or 017, so can u imagine how 'MERIAH' my house is?? Mayb some might say y not just switch off the phone? hey, if u r on call, u'll know what i mean... also for emergency purposes.....
And until this moment while i'm blogging this article, my phone is still ringing with the interval time of 1 hour each to receive 1 stupid hotlink deal sms ...... is very ANNOYING!!!!!
Plan to go straight to the Maxis center, but after reading through tonnes of complaints in many forum, i've decided to cancel to my trip, USELESS..... !!! No choice, i'll change to DIGI today after posting this article....
My phone rang again, guess what....... another hotlink SMS, ARGGGGGGHHHHH........ WTH!!!!! WITHIN 30 MINS???!!!!!

(The Malaysian Insider) In a minor Cabinet reshuffle today, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi named his deputy Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak as finance minister.
Abdullah, who was the finance minister, will take over Najib's defence ministry portfolio. He said he may step down sooner than 2010.
The swap was announced after today's Cabinet meeting.
Najib has also been made deputy chairman of Khazanah Nasional.

I really don't understand what the hell is going on in this country, or should i say those walking the corridor of power. Is the law still existing?? I mean, they keep saying that RPK n Teresa is the threat to public security n the peace in this country, as for me a Malaysian commoner, i think that the act of our government that simply snatch someone fr their home cause more worry in me. They r the one that causing all the unrest among the people in this country! Mayb i'm not qualify to speak for everyone, but definitely in me, my family, friends n collegues. Everyday, there is only one question, what is happening, what is going to happen to our dearest country???!!! Even everyone seems very calm but the unrest is clearly visible. Try go around in Tesco n those supermarket, particularly looking at the instants noodle section, all the maggie mee, cintan mee n mamee had all been emptied. Why???!!! Coz everyone is worry, n who causes the unrest of the rakyat??? Ya r right, blame it to the journalists, bloggers n RPK again..........

Snatching people fr they own house, separating people from their family? Is this call democratic?? After all this years, to be more precise, 51 years of the peninsular independent fr British & 45 years of forming Malaysia, is Malaysia really a democratic country? I love to read history particularly world history. Malaysia history for instance already studied during my schooling time (by force i suppose hehehe.. y?? for the sake to score in both PMR & SPM lor), so it's definitely not my favourite book during my free time. Is not that i'm not patriotic to my country, i love my country, just that i don't see how would a person become a patriot by just reading the history but in real did not learn or practice from the history n the lessons preached. Secondly, when ur hobby has been turn into something obligde for ur daily life, it become no fun, particularly for sitting an exam.... ohh i hate exams!!! till this day, i still do.

Oops.. being lead far away fr my original mean for my writing.

Even i love history, i suddenly realized that i'm actually so poor in Chinese history. So, i've decided to pick up a small part of the Chinese history to improve myself. Due to i'm a Hong Kong drama frenzy, so i decided to start with Han dynasty which i just watched last year in one of the TVB drama. What an interesting chapter of history in this art of war between Liu Bang and Xiang Yu, of course, the winning point in Liu Bang over Xiang Yu is not that Liu Bang is strong, but he had a very brilliant advisor~ Zhang Liang.
As 16 September is approaching, of course i'm also among one of the Malaysians that r full with anticipation of the arrival of 16 Sept by DSAI. But, after reading the Han dynasty, n particularly the part where how Zhang Liang help Liu Bang to build his Han dynasty, i become very curious bout the 916 plot.

My doubts are: if u r gonna attack ur enemy particularly in war or in politic or whatsever field, normally one will definitely keep ur plan as secret as possible, even in the bussiness & marketing field so that ur rival will not b able to prepare n hav a counter attact, u'll b able to bring down or capture ur enemy by suprise n easier. But DSAI announced it as soon as early March, long b4 the arrival of Sept??? This will give BN his rival more than enough time to prepare for counter attact, this is definitely not good. So what actually is he up to?? will there b crossing over by those BN mps to topple BN led government in 916???? Or, he actually hav a plan B that r currently secretly going on quietly to take over the government instead of all the 'hoo hah' bout crossing over by Sabah & Sarawak mps plan??

I remember just read the tactic Zhang Liang use to safe Liu Bang out fr Ba Su and in the mean time distractting the attention of Xiang Yu's guard: 明建栈道，暗渡陈仓 translated as: 'pretend to prepare to advance along one path while secretly going along another;do one thing under cover'.

If Mr DSAI's plan is like what i suspected above, I really SALUTE him!!!! He definitely is a brilliant mind that deserve to b the leader of this country!!!!!! I'm so boring today..... so i decided to tell myself a stupid story, so if u decide to read it, don't blame me later for not telling u that is a really very stupid one that i only use it to amuse myself........

Mike is secondary school student and the eldest son in the family. Due to his position as the eldest son in the family, he was spoiled n being brought up in a way that anything he demanded, the other 2 of his siblings, Calvin & Ivan will have to give way n obey to him due to the fact that he’s the favorite son of their father. He is always protected by his father, a businessman, where he inherited the family business fr his forefather since many generations ago and with a hope that in the future to pass on the family business to his eldest son, Mike as well.
It seems like a not very happy family story. Yeah u r right!! Told ya....
One day, there were some quarreling between Mike n his other 2 siblings regarding who should be allow to occupy a newly bought PS3 during the long year end school holiday. During the incident, he curses his siblings n even lambasted at Calvin’s face by saying that Calvin is not his father’s son n shouldn’t be allow to play the new PS3 and at worst, should be deprived the right to b stay in the mansion. (Oh… did I mention that they r quite rich n r actually staying in a mansion?? hehehe….)
Due to this insult, the whole incident almost causes the 3 siblings ended up fighting in their own house. In order to prevent fr being further insult by their rude and arrogant eldest brother Mike , Calvin the second brother decided to bring up this incident to his father. With all due respect, he tells the whole incident on how n what happen precisely from the beginning to their beloved father. After hearing all the details from Calvin, his father decide to take some action in order to show his son some respect in the family. So Mike was punished by deducting 50% of his pocket money for 3 days. However, to Calvin’s surprise, instead of having Mike punish heavily after he insulted his own brother in a way that too insulted the family, their father had Calvin and Ivan both grounded for 2 weeks due to the reason that Calvin breaks the unity of the brother hood in the family by inciting hatred among the 3 siblings …………………

So sad now to read about the daily news, everyday the same thing: race issue, superiority, corruption….. Is even sadder as all this happen during the period of our beloved country’s 51st Independence celebration (31 August -16 Sept). I love this country very much, this is the place where I was born, a land blessed with rich natural resources (rich diversity of flora n fauna) n free from all natural disaster, how can I don’t love this place??
I took a leave fr writing my blog since 27 Aug coz I know, if I were to blog, surely there will b too many issue to nag about, too pathetic………too lazy to talk about it.
Today, after reading an article in MT regarding the ‘drama’ between KTK n AI, it seems to me that there might be of some similarity on what happened back in China Shanghai just b4 the full Japanese invasion I read two days ago……….a precursor drama stage by Japanese espionage agent for providing the Japanese a strong reason to invade China………

Today is the D-day to determine the fate n the future of Malaysia!!!! I really cross my fingers that DSAI will win BIG with great majority to deny the BN their deposit!!! Hehehe.............!!!! 08/08/08 is indeed a very special day. However everything seems wrong to me after that day, almost everything went wrong..... According to Chinese custom, 8 meaning 'fa' a good number, so triple 8 at that particular day should also mean triple goodness. But mayb too good in a sense that unable to match with me or the so called 'my faith', so everything turned upside down on that particular day.. haha

First, I received a very sad n dissapointed letter; I lost friendship in that particular morning (even if that person still feel ok to b friend with me, but SORRY, i'm still unable to convince myself to get over of that particular mail that destroy my olympic day mood).

Secondly, n the most important thing happened is my internet down!!!!! What the.....??? Thought to b a VERY SERIOUS problem fr the service provider as usual, our dearest 'Streamyx' that keeps me unable to go online (Already get used to it, fr time to time, once in 2 or 3 months time, will get not signal or DSL), even called up for a technical report n perform all sorts of technical diagnostic tests............... However, until yesterday (after 5 misserable days without internet), i finally decided to test my 'seems to b ok modem' (according to Streamyx phone technical support after asking me to performed all sorts of diagnostic tests) given by streamyx (if i'm not mistaken given by streamyx NOT so long ago, it was like 4 months ago???). After seacrching for my old router that had been cover up in the storing room with dust for don't know how many months n plug it into my pc, ta daa..... the problem solved!!! I finally get to see the google icon of the day!!!! hahahaha......The conclusion, the main problem of no internet connection this time is actually my 'seems ok modem'......frustrated huh???

Losing 5 days for not being able to do a thing, actually i gained more fr the 5 'misserable' days.... i started to realise some important fact of my life...

1. I'm seriously addicted to internet surfing. 5 days without it seems killing me especially for the first 2 days... It then make me think back of the old days. back then there were no computers n internet, how could i have survived?? I become very grumpy of having not being able to online!!! I had never thought that the internet could actually had that kind of impact on my emotion n mood...scary!! this is not a healthy sign tho. Spending too much time infront of the computer compare to other activities, i think this will lead to an evolution of the following diagram, hahaha, i now believe that, I beg Darwin wouldn't have been able to imagine that back then.

2. I gained some time to think n to calm down on what happen within relationship n friendship. Even i'm still unable to get over the dissappointed feeling, but i'm not sad nor angry anymore. Losing doesn't neccesarily mean bad, sometimes losing is a good thing to happen, atleast to lose some mind burden after all. Life move on, everything change 'Anicha' in pali. Nothing is permanent, so why keep attach to somethings that had faded or changed? Just try to relax... Just let time heal everything.... i'll hav to keep telling myself this over n over..... i believe time heal.
I guess, i did gain a lot fr the 5 days that i thought to b misserable in the first place, an insight self improvement. I gained something!! I'll always remember this: Losing the least mean u've gained'. Should i thx to the broken modem???? Nah.....................

After finishing my blog on olympic, i was thinking, is enough for today. But b4 logging off, i think mayb it'll b good to if i just check my mail as well. Wala.... i finally received a mail which i hav been expecting since a few days back. As what i've predicted, the outcome fr my letter to that person didn't achieve, as this is what i've expected, just that i had never ever will imagine that the level of achievement fail so far beyond fr what i'v expected!! N the feeling is misserable...... my day mood drop fr this morning anticipating for the opening ceremony to the lowest point of ponder....
What kind of letter is that that will change my mood so drastically early in the morning of a special day like this? Hmmmm, that person wrote the mail must hav been very important to me, right? Aiyo, who else, or should i say WAS my best friend.
I'll use the analogy mirror to describe a friend, particularly friends that will tell u what is wrong with u honestly. if u use a mirror to look at urself, the mirror will sure project everything in a reflected way infront of u, if ur naked, surely the mirror wouldn't reflect an image showing u wearing some exquisite Dolce n Gabbana! if there is something wrong with ur out fit, u'll get to see it in the mirror, BUT, u'll be the one to decide how to interprete the image shown by the mirror n take action bout that. For example: if ur saw ur clothes with a big hole in the mirrow, will u still go out with the outfit? of course u can go on with it, but i'm sure that normal thinking person will choose to change it b4 going out. the same goes with friend. i like friend to be honest, most of the time u'll not b able to see urself, but close friend particularly will. if they choose to tell u the truth, is u that will hav to reflect urself n correct it if they r true. for me they r good n honest friend; but if they choose the opposite, seeing n not to tell or seeing something bad n still keep praising on u, to my interpretation, this is not 'good' friend. offcourse not everyone are oblige to tell u what u did was right or wrong, they might ended up being labelled as busy body! i'm not having any intention to critisize anyone, just that, hey this is my blog, my thought n my feeling.
Today i've been thrown an allegation saying that i'd insulted an innocent women fr my so called best friend.... shock, angry, dissapointed... all the mix feeling!!! had replied the mail, n is definitely gonna b my final and last word to that person. i'll better save my energy n mind on my own bussiness, there r so many things waiting for me to be done, so WTF am doing messing with my feeling on a person that dont' know how to appreciate friend?? (Sorry i had to use the F word coz i really can't find a word to express my feeling now)
My letter was too harsh? but hey, this is me, i've done my responsibility as a 'best friend' to tell u everything. I'm not good in writing long letters, but i did bcoz of u. i think u r the one that is insulting me by saying me insulting someone. yeah i'm pissed off, but i feel the pain of dissappointed more.....U don't get my message right?? yeah right, mayb my english is too poor to express my thought in the letter! ever think of why i wrote u the letter??? Oh right, i just wrote the letter simply want to insult u n ur family member n u deserve to be insult but not ur family member????? So all the time this is what i am, like very much to 'menghina' ???? i just get it, ok fine, in order to prevent me fr further 'menghina' anyone, i'll just shut my f***ing mouth, or to b more precise, not to response to anything!!!!
i've done with it, that's the end of 'best friend'....................Last word to my 'best friend', i just awaken, friends that u need is not like my type, u need friend that always praise u, say good thing bout u never critisise u even when u r terribly wrong in ur life, so all the writing bout truth friendship n motivation card that i received fr u, i guess i can just send for recycle now, coz the more i look back, the more i feel that u r hypocrite!!!!!!

Today, the first thing when i open for google, what a suprise, i saw all the five 'Fuwa' surrounding the 'Google' word, hahaha, so cute! I really love google, always make u feel that u r in the mood with the ocation of the day, nice job! Can't wait till tonight to watch the opening ceremony, finally today is the day after all these years of waiting n hoping. I guess, the most anticipate question today must b: who will b the last torch bearer to light up the 'bird nest' tonight? With all the publication n advertisement, guess this definitely is gonna b the best opening ceremony ever. Oh, not to forget bout my two favourite singer, Celine & Jay, both of them r gonna sing together for the closing part too...... can't wait to see that. What a special day!!!

My birthday just over, what a coincident that there was a sun eclipse on that day during sunset, what a special occurence for this year's birthday. As usual, received some gifts, however, no celebrations. This also mean that i'm getting a year older hahaha.....
Among the gifts that i received, one gift remind me of my oldself.. a book. Back in those time, i'll definitely thrilled to have received it, but today, the feeling is weird. i have a mix feeling, most probably towards the person that give me this book. It's a complicated feeling, the feeling of dissapointment and love, the love of friendsdhip. Have i changed? Yes, definitely. If not i woundn't be talking of having a different me back in those day, an oldself.. Relationship changed throughout time, friendship changed, thoughts changed, even appearence changed. Back in those day, u might love someone very much, but when u started to look back, u might now realise that how stupid u were. Things u love, mayb u have no longer love it anymore, things u hated so much, u might not be hating it now. Instead, u might hav love it now....Nothing is permanent. Changing is for sure, need to move on and move forward. Change for improvement and a better life, it is a good thing. Ever read the book "Who moved my cheese"? Is a simple but yet the message within is so great..... time to move on, time wouldn't wait................

Saw this in Malaysia kini today "PM rules out emergency rule if street protests broke out in the event that opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim was arrested". After readng this first sentene from the article, my first thought was: OMG!! I think most Malaysian will have the same reaction as me in the first place. Why? Can we trust this guy? Based on his previous 'recordS', I'll rather that he just keep his mouth shut and say nothing, coz at least this mean nothing will happen. But since he brought up this issue and annouced it in the public, i think we all should start to worry, coz this mean he's definitely gonna do the opposite of whatever he said all the time. Still remember? Not long ago of all his sayings? 1. 'I'm not gonna get marry' but after a few weeks, the announcement of his marriage to his current wife. 2. 'I'm not gonna dissolve the parliament', the parliament dissolved the next day. 3. 'I'm not gonna increase the petrol price' (b4 GE) , 4th June the petrol price hike to RM2.70 per litre ..................
I love this country, but too sad to say, i seriously doubt bout the credibility of people that leading this country. Am I paranoia? i surely hope that i do, I AM WORRY!!
